This policy explains the data processed in Evlilik Simülasyonu for photo uploads, AI image generation, purchase verification, and support processes.

Information we collect

The app may process photos selected by the user for album generation, generated AI images, package and credit information, transaction statuses, and contact details shared by the user for support.

When a user account is not required, a guest user id associated with the device or session may be used. During Apple sign-in or Apple purchase processes, user or transaction identifiers provided by Apple may be processed.

Photo uploads and AI image generation

User-uploaded photos are used only for the AI album generation, preview, download, regeneration, and support processes offered by the app. Photos may be sent to our server and relevant third-party AI service providers to complete the image generation process.

AI outputs are for entertainment purposes. Generated images should not be treated as a real event, document, identity representation, or guarantee of exact likeness.

Third-party services

The app may use third-party services for AI image generation, data storage, purchase verification, and technical infrastructure. These services may process the data required to complete the requested operation according to their own security and privacy rules.

Supabase storage

Albums, scenes, image links, transaction records, and package or credit information associated with the user may be stored in Supabase. This data is used to provide the app experience, make previous albums accessible, track generation status, and review support requests.

Apple In-App Purchase transaction verification

Paid package purchases use Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchase receipts and transaction information may be verified on the server side to correctly identify the package and add the related credit rights to the account.

Support and deletion requests

Users may contact us to request support, ask for information about their personal data, or request deletion of their data. After the request is verified, the related data is processed within a reasonable time, taking legal and technical retention requirements into account.

Data security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
