Purpose of the service

Evlilik Simülasyonu is a mobile app provided to create entertainment-focused AI wedding albums and images from photos uploaded by users. Generated content does not represent a real wedding, an official document, an exact likeness, or a guarantee of reality.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the photos you upload to the app and for your right to use those photos. You must respect the permission, privacy, and applicable legal rights of the people shown in the photos.

Copyright, permission, and consent

You must have the necessary rights or permission to use the photos you upload.
You must not use other people's photos without permission or in a misleading, degrading, or unlawful way.
You must not use generated AI images in a way that violates third-party rights.

Paid packages

The app may offer different album or credit packages. Package contents, image counts, premium options, and prices are shown inside the app. It is the user's responsibility to review package details before completing a purchase.

Apple In-App Purchase

Paid purchases in the iOS app are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment, refund, and non-subscription purchase rules are subject to Apple's applicable terms. Purchase verification is performed to correctly identify the package purchased by the user inside the app.

AI outputs and warranty limitations

AI-generated images may contain errors in faces, clothing, scenes, colors, text, hands, accessories, or likeness. The app does not guarantee that generated images will exactly match the user's expectations, meet a specific quality level in every case, or provide an exact likeness to a real person.

Prohibited use

Illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or harmful use.
Use of photos or identity-like content without the consent of the people involved.
Generating images presented as misleading, document-like, or real events.
Use that violates child safety or includes exploitative content.
Attempts to misuse the app's technical infrastructure, reverse engineer the app, or bypass security measures.

Service changes

App features, packages, prices, and terms of use may be updated from time to time. Important changes may be announced through the app or this support site.
